Reasonable Accommodation Process Rework, 2025

I played a key role in the Reasonable Accommodation (RA) Rework initiative, which centralized and standardized how employee accommodation requests intake, tracked, and documented across the organization. As the project lead, I partnered closely with Legal, Benefits, HRBPs, and other Centers of Excellence to design a compliant, end‑to‑end process aligned with federal and state requirements.

In addition to coordinating stakeholders and managing timelines, I authored much of the supporting documentation, including process documents, job aids, and training materials to enable consistent adoption. I also consulted on process design decisions and supported the configuration and testing of the ServiceNow intake form and workflow. The redesigned process reduced manual tracking, improved compliance oversight, and created a clearer, more employee‑friendly experience for requesting accommodations.
