Networking Open House, 2025

AAERG Event, Keurig Dr Pepper, April 2025

In April 2025, alongside the AAERG, I planned and executed a comprehensive public Networking Open House designed to pull back the curtain on the culture and career opportunities at Keurig Dr Pepper. This event served as a vital community touchpoint, allowing the public to engage directly with the organization’s leadership and recruitment teams.

The open house was designed to achieve several key objectives:

  • Executive Transparency: We hosted five executive-level panelists who provided direct insights into KDP’s vision and answered questions from the public regarding the company’s operations and values.

  • Departmental Access: Following the panel, attendees engaged in one-on-one sessions with representatives from various KDP departments to explore specific available roles and team environments.

  • Career Empowerment: The event offered practical professional development, teaching attendees about the specific skills and personality traits KDP values, as well as providing guidance on resume building and mastering the KDP interview process.

  • Strategic Logistics: I managed the end-to-end execution of this project, including stakeholder communication, logistical coordination for over 70 guests, and the creation of all presentation and attendee-facing materials.

Leaders shared their personal journeys, insights into the company’s vision for the future, and how the community plays a vital role in that growth.
