Transform your mindset to transform your future.
In 2025, I attended the National Black MBA Association® (NBMBAA®) Transform Conference, a powerful experience that reinforced my commitment to both professional excellence and personal growth. The conference challenged me to intentionally define and narrate my own story, rather than allowing others to shape the narrative of my capabilities, aspirations, or leadership potential.
Through dynamic sessions and thought leadership, I also deepened my understanding of artificial intelligence as the next major technological revolution and the importance of proactively familiarizing myself with AI to remain adaptable, competitive, and future‑ready. Most importantly, the experience emphasized the role of education and self‑determination as tools for liberation within the Black community, inspiring me to take ownership of my continuous learning journey and to uplift others through access to knowledge and opportunity.
Attending the NBMBAA® Transform Conference strengthened my dedication to lifelong learning, intentional leadership, and creating meaningful impact—both in my career and within my community.
