The Empowerment Mentorship Program is a business-driven initiative designed to develop both individual employees and the organization by connecting people, sharing knowledge, and building a collective future. This program was established for the AAERG to achieve a connected and inclusive workplace while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing that drives business success.
